Tesla Model X: Applique - B-Pillar - LH (Remove and Replace)

Removal

1. Open the front and rear doors.
2. Pull the rubber seal at the bottom of the B-pillar applique.

   

3. Remove the screws (x2) that secure the lower part of the B-pillar applique (torque 3 Nm).

   

4. Partially release the side seal on the B-pillar applique.
5. Move the B-pillar applique downwards to release the clips on the upper part of the B-pillar applique.
6. Remove the B-pillar applique.

Installation procedure is the reverse of removal, except for the following:

1. Loosely install the rear screw
2. Loosely install the front screw
3. Fully torque both screws
