Tesla Model X: Grille - Speaker - Rear - LH (Remove and Replace)
Removal
Release the clips (x4) that secure the speaker grille to the
door trim panel.
Tip: Open the rear door to a comfortable
working height for better access.
Remove the speaker grille from the vehicle.
Installation Installation procedure is the reverse of removal, except for the
following:
Caution: Replace any broken clips.

Open the LH rear door.
Remove the LH rear door upper trim panel (refer to procedure).
Remove the screws (x4) that secure the middle upper bracket
(torque 3 Nm).
Removal
Open the LH rear door.
Remove the LH rear door upper trim panel (refer to procedure).
Remove the screws (x3) that secure the rear upper bracket
(torque 2.5 Nm).
Removal
Open the LH rear door.
Remove the LH rear door upper trim panel (refer to procedure).
Remove the screws (x3) that secure the front upper bracket
(torque 2.5 Nm).

Open the hood.
Gently pull forward on the apron to release it from the
retention clips.
Remove the rear center underhood apron from the vehicle.
Installation
Installation procedure is the reverse of removal.
Removal
Prepare a padded workbench or other area on
which to set the fascia when it is removed in the next step.
Remove the front fascia assembly
(refer to procedure). Place the fascia on the padded workbench.
Disconnect the harness from the fog lamp.
