Tesla Model X: Welcome Lamp - Rear Door - LH (Remove and Replace)

Removal

  1. Remove the rear door trim panel (refer to procedure).
  2. Remove the speaker grille (refer to procedure).
  3. Working from the outboard side of the door trim panel, disconnect the welcome lamp harness.

  4. Working from the inboard side of the door trim panel, remove the screws (x3) that secure the welcome lamp to the door trim panel (torque 2 Nm).

     Welcome Lamp - Rear Door - LH (Remove and Replace)

  5. Remove the welcome lamp from the door trim panel.
Installation

Installation procedure is the reverse of removal.
