To open the rear trunk, ensure Model X is in Park, then
do one of the following:
Touch Controls > Trunk on the touchscreen.
Double-click the rear trunk button on the key fob.

Adjusting Liftgate Opening Height
You can adjust the opening height of the liftgate to
make it easier to reach or to avoid low-hanging ceilings
or objects (for example, a garage door or light):
1. Open the trunk, then manually lower
Accessing the Cargo Area
Secure all cargo before moving Model X, and place
heavy cargo in the upper trunk compartment.

Nose Badge - Front (Remove and Replace)
Remove
Remove the front underhood apron
(refer to procedure).
Remove the bolts (x2) that secure the front
nose badge to the front ducting (torque 5 Nm).
Remove the nose badge from the vehicle.

Motor - Active Spoiler (Remove and Replace)
Removal
Remove the LH and RH active spoiler torque rods (refer to
procedure).
Remove the bolts (x3) that secure the active spoiler motor to
the liftgate (torque 6 Nm).
Manuever the active spoiler motor out from the liftgate and
remove it
