Removal

  1. Release the charge port high/low pressure pipes from the TXV valve (refer to procedure). Note: It is not necessary to completely remove the charge port high/low pressure pipes from the vehicle.
  2. Disconnect the TXV valve electrical connector. Note: Components have been removed in this graphic to aid clarity.

  3. Remove the TXV valve from the vehicle.

Installation

Installation procedure is the reverse of removal, except for the following:

Note: Inspect the O-rings. Replace as necessary.
