Tesla Model X: Mount - Front Drive Unit - LH (Remove and Replace)

Remove

1. Loosen the RF wheel lug nuts.
2. Remove the 12V battery (refer to procedure)
3. Secure the ratchet strap over the crossmember and feed straps between the drive unit assembly and the left mount.
4. Route rear strap under the coolant hose.
5. Secure the strap hooks under the drive unit housing.
6. Remove the HV battery (refer to procedure).
7. Lower the vehicle.
8. Ratchet the strap to reduce slack.
9. Raise the vehicle.
10. Remove the 2 side mount rail bolts (torque 50 Nm).
11. Remove the side mount bracket lower bolt (torque 28 Nm).
12. Lower the vehicle.
13. Remove the 2 upper mount bolts (torque 28 Nm).
14. Remove the LH drive unit mount.

Installation procedure is the reverse of removal.
